Step two: Build the base of the PVC Chair. The side by side pace in edifice the PVC DIY Patio Chair is to construct the base of the chair. Accept 2 of the 23" lengths of PVC pipe and adhere elbows to each terminate. Side by side, insert one 9" length of piping into one elbow on each 23" inch length of pipe. Either end is fine, merely make sure that you cull the same terminate on each 23" length; this will become the back of the chair. Attach a PVC Tee to each 9" length so that the middle socket on each Tee is facing each other. Finally use a 30" length of PVC pipe to connect the 2 sides of the frame via the Tees.

Step 3: Build the Back of the Chair. Insert 1 eight" piece of PVC pipe into the up-facing socket of each tee. On top of each viii" length, add a PVC Tee making sure the heart socket on each tee is facing towards the open elbows on the base of operations. Insert ane 5" length of PVC into the peak of each tee and top of each v" length with a 90 degree elbow, with the open socket of each elbow facing each other.

Step iv: Build the Front of the PVC Patio Chair. Take two 12" lengths of pipage and insert one into each open elbow at the base of the frame. Summit the 12" lengths with a PVC Tee then the open heart sockets are facing each other. Now take 2 5" pieces and insert ane into each of the open elevation ends of the Tees. Acme the two 5" lengths with a 90 degree elbow so that the open socket faces the dorsum of the chair (the open socket of the back tee). Finally, take two of the 23" lengths and connect the front end elbows and the back tees past inserting the 23" pipe in the open socket on the dorsum Tee then open socket on the front elbow.

Step 5: Cut & Stitch the Fabric. Side by side, measure out a 27" ten 48" slice of textile/nylon, cut it off of the whorl. Gyre back 5-6" worth of fabric on each finish of the 27" long side, now sew or glue the cloth to the backside the fabric making a loop on each end. The loops will deed every bit holders to proceed the fabric in place. On the 2d set of fabric (27" wide by 16" long), roll back iv-v" worth of fabric and stitch information technology to the backside. This will create a loop with well-nigh 11" length of flat material.

Now, layout the 48" length of fabric with the back facing upward. Well-nigh xx" from the bottom, run up the loop from the eleven" length of fabric to the dorsum side of the 48" piece of material. You lot should at present have 1 long piece of canvas that has three loops (two on the superlative and lesser and i on the dorsum).

Footstep 6: Add Fabric to the PVC Chair. On the front of the DIY PVC Patio Chair, slide a thirty" length of pipe through the bottom loop of the fabric, insert the pipe into the open up sockets of the tees on the front of the chair. At the top back of the PVC chair, take some other 30" length of PVC and slide it through the height loop of the textile. Insert the PVC into each open up socket of elbows.

Your chair will look complete, just we will connect the 3rd loop (in the middle of the long slice of fabric) to add together tension to the fabric to make the chair experience more than comfy.
